The Design Consultation
Every project begins with a design consultation. This is a paid working session that helps us understand your home, priorities, style, and the level of support your project requires.
From there, we define the right path forward. Depending on the project, that may include interior design, custom cabinetry, finish selection, design documentation, contractor coordination, and installation guidance.
-
Once the direction is clear, we begin developing the overall concept for the space. This phase is focused on layout, function, visual direction, and the underlying decisions that give the project coherence.
Depending on the scope, concept development may include cabinetry planning, space planning, materials, fixtures, finishes, and the broader design language that will carry through the home.
-
As the design takes shape, we translate ideas into selections and documentation that can be used for pricing, ordering, and execution. This is where the project becomes more detailed, more precise, and more actionable.
That may include cabinetry drawings, finish schedules, hardware, plumbing, lighting, surface materials, and the many smaller decisions that allow the work to move forward with clarity.
-
During construction, we remain involved to help the design carry through the realities of execution. We coordinate with the appropriate trades, answer questions as they arise, and help maintain alignment between the vision and the built result.
This phase may include site visits, design clarifications, cabinetry coordination, finish review, and support through installation so the project continues to move with intention.
-
Handover is the final phase, when the work comes together and the home begins to feel complete. We review the finished result, address remaining details, and make sure the project is ready to be lived in well.
The goal is not simply to finish construction, but to leave you with a space that feels considered, functional, and resolved in everyday life.
