Detailed Design
Building on the approved design direction, we work from a formal design brief to create comprehensive, room-by-room designs. This phase delivers detailed plans, selections, and specifications—providing everything needed to thoughtfully progress into planning and procurement.
Planning & Purchasing
Once designs are approved, we transition into detailed planning and purchasing. This phase includes refining the construction schedule, coordinating with contractors and trades, and ordering materials, furnishings, and custom pieces. Each decision is carefully managed to support a smooth execution.
Construction & Installation
In the final phase, we oversee construction and manage on-site installation to ensure the design is executed as intended. From contractor coordination to final styling, this phase completes the transformation—delivering a fully realized, turnkey space.
