Sarah Riley, Founder and Principal Designer

I design homes for people who want things done well and don’t have time to manage every detail themselves.

I started Vibe with a simple belief: your home should feel as intentional as the life lived inside it.

It should function easily. It should feel collected over time. And it should feel finished—not like something you’re still figuring out years later.

Before starting Vibe, I spent over 20 years in digital product innovation, along with more than a decade in design and real estate. That background shaped how I approach renovations—structured, thoughtful, and always considering how things come together in real life.

I’m also a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina, which allows me to lead projects with a clear understanding of both design and construction.

My role isn’t just to design a space—it’s to guide the entire process so it runs smoothly and the end result feels cohesive, natural, and fully resolved.

If you’re looking for someone to take the lead and bring clarity to your project from start to finish, we’ll likely work well together

Vibes & Conversations

From an interview with Bold Journey

A cozy interior with pink velvet chairs in front of a black fireplace, a wood-paneled accent wall with a neon "Vibe" sign, and decorative items on the mantle.

“At the core of my process is a sense of balance—layering something old, something new, something that gently pushes, and something that feels unmistakably personal.”
