The Penley Circle Project
A warm, collected first floor layered with soft color and contrast
This first-floor renovation was designed to feel cohesive, warm, and quietly layered. A soft blush tone carries throughout the main living spaces, creating a subtle backdrop for contrast and texture.
In the kitchen, deep cabinetry and warm brass accents ground the space, paired with a fluted tile backsplash that adds dimension without overpowering. The dining area introduces pattern through a striped wall treatment, while sculptural seating and simple forms keep the palette balanced.
Throughout, natural materials, restrained finishes, and thoughtful repetition create a home that feels collected, functional, and intentionally connected from room to room.
