Design Project Coordinator

About Vibe Cabinetry and Design Co.

Vibe Cabinetry and Design Co. is a full-service residential interior design and renovation planning firm serving the Raleigh-Durham area. We create thoughtful, highly personalized spaces while guiding our clients through every stage of design and implementation.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Design Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, early-career position focused on procurement, sourcing, project coordination, and installation support, with opportunities to assist with design development and client presentations.

This is not solely a creative design role. The right person will genuinely enjoy managing details, maintaining schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that projects move successfully from design approval through installation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree, certificate, or coursework in interior design, architecture, construction management, project management, business administration, or a related field

  • Experience with a residential design, cabinetry, construction, showroom, or home furnishings company
